40-foot High Cube Container

40' High cube containers tend to be more popular than 40' standard containers. High cubes are a foot taller, thus providing more space. The other benefit is that in some markets, the 40' high cube containers are cheaper than 40-foot standards.

There tend to be more 40'HC's in use for commercial shipping—a trend that is only growing. In the one-trip/”new” market, we the 40’ high cube is often the only choice as one-trip 40’ standards are not as common as one-trip 40’ high cubes.
